How do you wash and dry?
We wash at 30degree and tumble dry with medium heat.
What is the turnaround time?
Between 24 to 48 hours
Where do you clean my clothes?
Mostly we clean in our own factory and we also work with local partners.

Do I need to separate the laundry and dry cleaning items?
Yes you will and you will have different colour bag to separate it.
Do you wash my clothes together with other people’s clothes?
No

Can you collect and deliver to my concierge?
We are happy to collect items from your concierge and to deliver them back to your concierge too. Just make sure to make a note of this request when booking. If you have already placed your order and need to change your collection or delivery options, just give us a call and we’ll be able to arrange this for you.
Do I need to provide my own laundry bag?
You needn’t worry about providing your own laundry bag when using our services. Instead, we are happy to provide our own Laundrapp laundry bags when we arrive. We will provide you with a blue bag for Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold, as well as a black bag where you can place dry cleaning, items that need to be washed according to the care label, or laundry that needs to be ironed.
What should I do if I don’t know how my items should be cleaned?
It’s absolutely fine if you’re not sure how your items need to be cleaned – you can leave that in our hands. We’re experts and know where to find the relevant information for cleaning each item you send to us. We’ll clean each item according to its care label and, if there is no care label present, we can clean the item as we see best. Please note that if there is no care label, we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur to the item during cleaning.
Can I receive a delivery if I’m not home?
Yes we can deliver to your neighbour

Any items made of natural fibers . Please check the care label of the items to make sure they are suitable for this.
Can items still shrink on low dry?
